CALL-SAVER TERMS & CONDITIONS: By signing up for and using the Call-Saver Service, you agree that you will use the service in accordance with all appropriate Federal, State, and Local regulations. For Example: Do Not Call laws require that you have an established relationship with the person you are calling. If you are a business, the people you are calling, should be current customers or employees. If you are a civic group, church, or club, they should be current members. Political candidates are generally an exception to these rules. In short, Call-Saver should not be used for "Cold-Calling" or "Customer Prospecting". It is the user's responsibility to insure that they are in compliance with all appropriate laws and regulations. Failure to comply with these laws shall be grounds for immediate termination of service. Call-Saver also reserves the right to terminate service if, in its sole judgement, the content of any messages are inappropriate or in bad taste.
